摘要
目前全国海洋石油不断开发,在役海洋石油平台老龄化问题日益严重,大量达到使用寿命并不满足延寿条件的平台需要弃置。本文结合实际案例,阐述有关南海第一个海上退役平台弃置方案技术细节,对我国海洋平台弃置技术的发展提供借鉴作用。
With the continuous development of global offshore oil,offshore oil platform aging was also in succession,a large number of the platform needs to be disposed. In the light of the actual cases,the paper elaborated technical details of the related Nanhai first sea platforms,which can be used in similar projects.
