摘要
本文分别综述了新型立体垂直筛板的塔板压降、气速上下限、帽罩单元的液体提升能力、帽罩的单元循环程度以及传质性能研究的传质模型和板间空间传质等诸多方面研究的理论和经验公式,指出了今后立体垂直塔板理论研究应注意的几个方向。
In this paper,we reviewed theoretical and empirical formulas in many aspects of the study regarding the new vertical sieve tray pressure drop,lower and upper bounds on the gas velocity,liquid lifting capacity of the cap cover unit,unit cycle degree of cap cover,mass transfer model for the study of mass transfer performance and the mass transfer in the space between the adjacent two platesin the distillation columns. It is pointed out several directions that should be paid more attention to in the future's theory research for the new vertical sieve tray.
