本文针对目前海上在役工艺管线存在的腐蚀风险,通过分析管线常见的腐蚀特点,有针对性地对目前的检测技术特点进行了梳理,整合超声导波检测技术和C扫描检测技术的优势,在局部拆除保温层的条件下实现海上工艺管线内外腐蚀情况快速检测。

This paper provides an overview of the current detection technologies in terms of corrosion in offshore pipeline by analyzing the corrosion features of pipelines.The ultrasonic guided wave and C scanning are described in detail to realize rapid detecting the inside and outside of offshore pipeline under the condition of removing part of insulating layer.
