摘要
由于油田开采的年限不断增加,采出原油的含水率随之加升高,为了达到原油的产出标准和满足路上运输与加工的要求,必须出去原油中大部分水分。原油中的水分有游离水和乳化水,游离水可用沉降法短时间内从油中分离出来;而乳化水很难沉降分离,它与原油的混合物称油水乳化液。电脱水是目前最重要的破乳脱水手段。
The water cut of crude oil increases with the development of an oilfield over time.Therefore,it is necessary to remove most water in crude oil to achieve the output standard and meet the requirements of the road transportation and processing. Water in crude oil involves free water and water emulsion.The free water can be separated from the oil in a short time,while the emulsion is hard to do so.Electric dehydration is the most important means to resolve the problem.
