摘要
本文研究以对甲苯亚磺酸钠和苯甲腈为模型反应的钯催化脱硫加成反应。经过一系列的反应条件筛选最终发现:对甲苯亚磺酸钠与苯甲腈在氢氧化钯为催化剂,1,10-菲罗啉为配体,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂的空气氛围下得到了较高产率。该反应条件温和,从而为芳香酮类化合物的小规模合成提供了一条新途径。
This paper describes the direct synthesis of aryl ketones by palladium-catalyzed desulfurization addition of sodium p-toluenesulfonate to benzonitrile under mild conditions.The result of screening various conditions show that the reaction obtained the highest yield with Pd(OH)2as catalyst,1,10-phenanthroline as ligand and 1,4-dioxane as solvent in air.This procedure provides a rapid and convenient method for small-scale synthesis of aryl ketones.
