摘要
基于有限单元法对大型氨合成塔支座进行分析,得到其应力分布云图。并通过应力线性化对其危险截面进行强度分析。结果表明:该大型氨合成塔支座满足设计要求,基于压力容器加工工艺和质量保证体系,对其危险部位进行优化和增加检验工序,使得该大型支座更为安全。
This article examines the support of large ammonia converter to get its stress map.The strength analysis on the dangerous section is conducted by stress linearization.The results show that this support meets the requirements of the original design. The dangerous section is optimized and checking process is added to ensure the safety of the support based on machining process and quality control system of pressured vessel.
