随着我国石油消费需求与日俱增,输油管道多采用密闭输送工艺方式,关键是控制管道系统压力运行在安全范围内,减压阀对进、出站压力的控制调节可以有效的保证站外输油管线生产平稳、连续运行,同时保证进站调节阀后工艺设备的安全运行,提高了输油管道科学化管理和自控水平。

With the increasing of oil consumption in China,the tight line process is widely used for oil pipelines.The key of it is to control the system pressure of the pipeline within a safe range.The control by the reducing valve on the intake and outtake pressure can guarantee the smooth operation of pipeline outside of the station,ensure the safe operation of process equipment after the regulating valve.Therefore improve the scientific management and self-control level of pipeline.
