中空纤维膜脱氧操作条件优化的实验研究

摘要 目前针对工业水脱氧的技术难题,建立中空纤维膜脱氧系统,在中空纤维膜器件管程和壳程走水的两种不同条件下,改变实验温度、真空度、进水流量、膜器件纤维膜长度,研究中空纤维膜操作条件的优化对脱氧性能的影响。 A water deoxygenating system with hollow fiber membrane was built to solve current technical difficulties faced by industrial water deoxygenating in this paper.The effect of optimizing operational conditions of hollow fiber membrane deoxygenating on deoxygenating characteristics is studied in tube-side or shell-side influent flow ways by changing experimental temperature, vacuum degree,influent flow,fiber membrane length of the membrane device.
