摘要
本设计通过室内物理模拟实验研究对菌种进行筛选及评价,筛选出最适于菌种生长的油藏环境。所做实验结果可以改进原油的流动性,改良油水和界面情况的流动关系,增油田井的产油量,最终提高油田开发成果。
The reservoir environment that is best for the growth of bacteria is selected through indoor physical simulation designed to screen and evaluation on microbes.These results of the experiments prove to improve the mobility of oil,as well as the water interface conditions and flow relationships.Furthermore,it can increase the output of oil wells,and enhance the oilfield development ultimately.
