摘要
在油气田生产过程中使用较广泛的排尘除砂设备是旋流除砂器,其分离过程是含砂气体进入除砂器经过旋流除砂,净化气体通过排气管排出,而砂粒杂质等通过排尘口排出。研究不同工况下操作参数和结构参数对旋流除砂器分离效率及处理量的影响作用。
Cyclone desander is widely used in the process of dust and sand blasting in oil and gas field. The sand gas goes into the desander for cyclone desanding,the purified air is vented through exhaust pipe,and impurities such as sand grain are discharged from discharge port. This article describes different operation and structural parameters’ impact on the separation efficiency and the capacity of cyclone desander.
