摘要
针对渤海油田原油中胶质、沥青质含量高,原油粘度大,同时由于井太深,近井渗流孔道中原油流动不畅,油井产量下降的状况,开展了稠油井筒降粘技术研究。该技术创新性的提出了常温下稠油举升过程中降粘的新思路,在常温下可使渗流到井底的稠油降粘幅度达99%以上;同时使油垢从孔隙内表面剥离下来并分散于溶液之中,实现多种功效复合降粘。
Researches on the viscosity reduction technology used for heavy oil wellbore in Bohai oilfield are carried out in terms of high content of asphalt and gum,high viscosity of crude oil,and as well as declining output of oil well due to seepage pore blockage in deep well.The research offers the ideas of reducing viscosity during lifting process at ambient temperature,it can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil by 99% or more,and the oil dirt is removed from the internal pore surface and dispersed in the solution,therefore realize the composite viscosity reduction.
