This article introduces a new open-hole gravel packing tools developed independently with respect to its structure, technical characteristics,and key control factors in the process of operation. The function modules of the system are integrated to implement gravel pack operations in 15 horizontal wells with the ideal filling results along with procedure and process control suitable for on-site construction.
