空间双圆弧切接矩形弯管的几何分析与计算

摘要 空间管道广泛应用于机械、化工、建筑、冶金和造船等工程,在管道设计中,常常要求一种矩形弯管光滑连接两轴线交错管道。本文探讨了这种弯管的连接特点和设计规律,得出了连接条件及有关计算公式,并辅以例题作了验证。本文的结果对矩形管道设计及展开有实用意义,为计算机辅助设计矩形空间管道提供了理论依据。 Space pipelines are widely used in engineering mechanical,chemical,civil,metallurgical and shipbuilding,etc.For smooth connection of two rectangular pipelines with skew axes in space,a suitable connector is required. In this paper,the connection characteristics and design rules are discussed, and the connection condition and equations for calculating the connector of two-tangent-arc rectangular pipelines are derived.Besides,some examples for verification are given.The results obtained in this paper can be used for the design and development of rectangular pipelines,and also used as the theoretical basis for computer aided design of rectangular bent pipelines in space.
