摘要
海上型浮动核电站是目前核电发展的新方向之一,由于部署于海洋环境,因此其数字化仪控系统(DCS)机柜需要满足冲击载荷的要求.鉴于此,本文通过研究抗冲击技术,结合DCS机柜的应用特点,提出了适用于海洋环境的带有隔冲装置的抗冲击机柜分析方法.通过模态分析有效避免共振的发生;通过瞬态时程分析迭代方法解决含有钢丝绳减振器的隔冲机柜抗冲击分析问题,有效地控制加速度响应以及机柜应力峰值.经过冲击试验验证,机柜满足抗冲击要求,验证抗冲击设计的有效性;通过试验采集数据与仿真分析数据的对比,验证抗冲击分析方法的准确性.基于有限元的抗冲击分析技术研究为自主化安全级DCS和睦系统在海上型浮动核电站的应用提供了保障,该技术可在有抗冲击需要的核电DCS开发过程中推广和应用.
With the development of nuclear technology,offshore floating nuclear power station has become a new development direction.Due to the marine environment,nuclear power digital control system(DCS)cabinet needs to meet the needs of anti-shock load.In this paper,studies were based on anti-shock technology,combining of nuclear power DCS cabinet application features,and made with cabinet R&D process with anti-shock elastic and damper system.Resonance were effectively avoided through modal analysis.The problems of elastic and damper anti-shock analysis,control acceleration response and cabinet stress were solved by using transient analysis.Then,the anti-shock test proved that the cabinet could meet the requirements and the data collected from the test was in good agreement with the analysis data.The accuracy of the anti-shock analysis is verified.The research of anti-shock analysis was based on finite element.It provides guarantee for application Firmsys in offshore floating nuclear power plant.And moreover,this technology can applied in the R&D of nuclear power DCS cabinet with anti-shock.
