半物理仿真平台的核电站数字化仪控系统故障模式与影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 核电站数字化仪控系统对于现代核电站的运行起着至关重要的作用.它能够实时监测核电站的各种运行参数,保证正常工况和紧急情况下核电站的安全性、可靠性和可用性.核电站数字化仪控系统对核电厂的可靠性影响进行评估和验证具有十分重要的意义.故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)是核电站数字化仪控系统静态可靠性分析中的常用方法,其主要目的是分析单一故障下对系统所造成的影响.与传统FMEA分析方法不同,论文设计并实现了核电站主要控制系统半物理仿真平台,并开展了考虑热工水力与仪控系统耦合作用的典型故障模式与影响分析.研究结果表明,该仿真平台能够实现核电站各种稳态和瞬态工况的模拟,并能基于该平台开展数字化仪控系统的FMEA研究. Nuclear power plant(NPP)digital instrumentation control(I&C)system plays a key role in the operation of modern NPPs.It can monitor various operating parameters of NPPs in real time,ensuring the safety,reliability and availability of NPPs under normal conditions and emergency situations.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate and verify the reliability of NPP digital I&C systems.For its main purpose to analyze the effect on the system under single failure condition,failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is a common method used in the static reliability analysis of digital I&C systems for NPPs.Different from the traditional FMEA method,a hardware-in-loop simulation platform of NPP digital I&C systems,considering the coupling of thermal hydraulics and I&C systems,has been developed in this paper.The research results showed that the simulation platform was able to simulate various steady and transient cases of NPPs,and it can be well applied to the FMEA of digital I&C systems in the NPPs.
