习近平在庆祝改革开放40周年大会上发表重要讲话,动员全党全国各族人民在新时代继续把改革开放推向前进。邓小平是改革开放伟大事业的开创者和奠基人,深化对邓小平改革思想和实践的理论基础的研究,有助于在更深层次上把握其同马克思主义的继承发展关系,从而为改革开放作更有力辩护,并为发展21世纪马克思主义提供核心思想资源。邓小平强调以生产力标准看待社会主义社会基本矛盾,从中把握社会主要矛盾,确立了社会主义根本任务和改革开放决策;在生产关系和上层建筑方面区分了根本制度和具体制度,确定了社会主义条件下改革的性质;探索了社会基本矛盾在社会生活各方面的矛盾表现,深化了全面改革思想。今天,改革开放再出发,需要根据社会基本矛盾的发展变化,及时把握主要矛盾的转化以及社会基本矛盾表现形式的复杂性,以经济体制改革为主轴、以国家治理体系和治理能力现代化为总体角度推进全面深化改革。

Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the celebration of the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening-up, mobilizing the entire party and the people of all nationalities to continue pushing forward the reform and opening-up in the new era. Deng Xiaoping is the founder of the great cause of reform and opening-up. A thorough study of the theoretical basis of Deng’s thought and practice of reform is conducive to grasping the relationship between Deng’s thought and practice of reform and Marxist inheritance and development, thus making a stronger defense for reform and opening-up, and providing core ideological resources for the development of Marxism in the 21 st century. Deng emphasized that the basic contradictions of socialist society should be viewed in terms of productivity, therefore, the main contradictions of society have been grasped, the fundamental tasks of socialism established, and decisions on reform and opening-up made;in terms of production relations and superstructure, the fundamental system and specific system have been distinguished and the nature of reform under socialist conditions determined;the manifestations of basic social contradictions in all aspects of social life have been explored and the thought of a comprehensive reform deepened. At present, we need to grasp the transformation of the main contradictions and the complexity of the manifestations of the basic contradictions in accordance with the development and changes of the basic social contradictions in a timely manner. We should take the reform of economic system as the main task and the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity as the objective to promote the comprehensive and in-depth reform.
