摘要
饮食是贯穿格拉斯文学、绘画与雕塑艺术创作的重要主题。他以饮食为隐喻,多方位地展示了其诗学观:包括对现实的理解,对自然与艺术、文学的个体性与社会性、认知内容与方式之间辩证关系的反思,以及对文学本质特征与创作风格的思考。本文围绕这几方面,就格拉斯饮食观与诗学观之间的紧密关联作深入探讨,并从侧面勾勒出其世界观、人生观、政治观及宗教观。可以说,受到饮食与烹饪的启发,格拉斯发展出一套独特的饮食诗学,不仅可以更形象地诠释他对文学本质、功能及特性的认识,同时也是理解其作品之间关联、把握其思想脉络的关键所在。
Diet is a persistent motif in Günter Grass’literary works,paintings,and sculptures.Its metaphorical presence points to various facets of his poetics:his understanding of reality;his reflections on the dialectical relationships between nature and art,individuality and sociality of literature,and its cognitive content and mode.This trope is also partly conducive to his explorations on the nature of literature and his creative style.The present paper endeavors to expound the relationship between Grass’conception of diet and his poetics,through which insights are lent into his views on the world,life,politics,and religion.It can be conclusively said that inspired by food and cooking,Grass develops a unique diet poetics which not only vividly showcases his understanding of the essential functions and characteristics of literature,but also serves to lay bare the connection between his works and the thread stringing up his thoughts.
