国家粮食安全视角下的中国大豆贸易

China's Soybean Trade from the Perspective of National Food Security

1990年代中期以来,中国开始由一个大豆净出口国向大豆净进口国转变。新世纪之后,中国一跃成为世界最大大豆进口国。通过探析中国大豆进出口贸易变迁的原因,可以发现,大豆贸易是大国在粮食外衣下进行的一场政治博弈。美国在世界大豆贸易中居于隐形控制的领导地位,中国过度对大豆国际市场的依赖,有可能影响国内粮食安全和国家安全。中国应尽早主动采取相关措施,加强国内大豆生产和市场稳定,以维护国家战略安全。

Since the mid-1990,China has transformed from a net exporter of soybean to a net importer.And in the early 21 th century,China has become the biggest soybean importer in the world.It is revealed that soybean trade is a political game of great powers under food trade by exploring the reasons for changes in China soybean trade.The US controls world soybean trade in essence.China’s food supply security,or even national security might be affected due to heavy reliance on international soybean market.Therefore,it is necessary for China to enlarge its own soybean production and stabilize soybean market to maintain national strategic security.
