上海市豆制品的大豆原料供应问题调研报告

A Report of Investigation of the Soybean Supply to the Bean Curd Plants in Shanghai

本文分析了上海市豆制品行业的大豆原料供应的历史和现状,认为大豆原料供应不稳定是目前豆制品行业所遇到的困难之一。针对本市实际情况,提出解决我市大豆原料应采取“外省调运为主,适量进口为辅,自建基地调节”的方针。最后,还讨论了在市郊建立豆制品专用大豆生产基地的必要性和可行性,并对改善大豆原料供应状况的近期应急措施和长远发展计划都提出了一些建议。

The paper has presented the results of investigation of the history and pre- sent condition of soybean supply in Shanghai.The results pointed out that the supply of soybean,as an important row material for bean curd plants,fell short and affected the bean curd supply in the city.According to the condition,some strategical and practical measurments were suggested.At last the paper discussed the necessity and possibility of setting up some soybean production basses in Shanghai.suburbs.
