上海城市公园餐厅服务设施选址与规模特征调查

Investigation in Characteristics of Foodservice Facilities' Location and Scale in Urban Parks of Shanghai

城市公园内的餐厅服务设施是当今社会讨论的焦点,但是对它的研究甚少。通过对上海城市公园餐厅服务设施调查,分析了上海城市公园餐厅服务设施的选址及规模特征,并且定性、定量分析了餐厅服务设施选址及规模的影响因素,得到了规律性的结论:上海拥有158座城市公园,其中30个城市公园共有56个餐厅服务设施;餐厅服务设施选址与公园类型、公园周边用地性质以及公园的所属区位有关;餐厅服务设施规模与公园建筑占地面积存在线性回归的关系。这一结论对今后城市公园内餐厅服务设施的管理与设计提供参考性的建议。

More and more people have been focusing on the issue of foodservice facilities in urban park.But there is little research about it.According to the research of urban park's foodservice facilities in Shanghai,this article analyzed the characteristics of foodservice facilities' location,scale,and their influencing factors in qualitative and quantitative way.The investigating results showed that 30 out of 158 urban parks in Shanghai have 58 foodservice facilities totally.The location of foodservice facilities has relationship with urban park's style,location and surrounding land property.There is a linear regression relationship between foodservice facilities' scale and gross building floor space in urban parks.The research can provide helpful references to the foodservice facilities' management and design in urban parks.
