摘要
文章阐述了纯电动汽车动力电池箱体的功能需求,并针对某车型动力电池箱体试验反映出的开裂、密封和顶盖积水等问题对电池箱体进行改进设计。同时对振动试验方法进行了梳理,确定适合动力电池箱体功能需求的振动试验方法,借助于CAE仿真分析验证了电池箱体改进方案的可行性。通过对箱体结构优化设计,提升箱体的性能,降低其重量。
The function requirement of power battery hull for electric vehicle is expatiated. For the problems of craze,seal and seeper etc by test reflecting,the structure of battery hull is ameliorated. In addition,methods about vibration test are hackled,the method that matching vibration test of battery hull is affirmed. The feasibility of betterment scheme is validated by CAE simulation analysis.That optimizing hull structure can enhance greatly the performance of hull and reduce enormously the weight of hull.
