摘要 文章采用集中质量法原理建立包括发动机曲轴详细模型的某国产乘用车的传动系统模型,通过传动系扭转模态分析得到传动系统上关键零件的扭振特性,依据使得传动系统的二阶模态转速追随发动机的二阶最小激励转速的原理,计算出离合器的最佳刚度曲线。 One domestic driveline model which include crank is built with lump mass method.The rotational dynamic performances of key components of the driveline are simulated via mode analysis of the driveline model. We can make the resonance engine speed of the second order mode of the driveline accord with the minimum excited speed of the engine then the best clutch spring curve is got.
