摘要
基于蓄能器预充压力随系统温度及耐久循环次数而变化的特性,文章研究了环境温度及车辆里程对干式双离合变速器液压控制系统充压时间的影响,即车辆冷启动时离合器达到最大扭矩的时间随环境温度降低及车辆里程增加而延长。通过AMEsim建模、仿真,设计了蓄能器旁通阀使系统首次充压时蓄能器油路旁通,从而达到优化车辆冷启动性能的目的。台架试验实测数据表明,所设计的蓄能器旁通阀可以大幅缩短车辆在低温冷启动情况下达到最大扭矩的时间,优化车辆冷启动性能。
The impact of vehicle mileages and system temperature on d DCT hydraulic control system pressure charge time is studied,based on the fact that accumulator pre- charge pressure will reduce as temperature decrease and duty cycles increase. Longer time will be taken to reach the maximal torque when launch the vehicle in cold weather,especially for a long- mileage vehicle. Accumulator bypass valve is developed to improve vehicle launching performance. Simulation is conducted by AMEsim which show the benefit of applying accumulator bypass valve,and then,are compared with the experimental results.
