Time-sharing is an important form of car sharing. In this paper,the development history of time-sharing car in China and abroad is introduced,the feasibility of developing shared car in China and its positive significance Chinese society are discussed,the business model of time-sharing according to the market situation is summarized,the current predicament of time-sharing is analyzed,and some solutions are put forward.
