FTZ Financial Reforms Bring Challenges on Macro-prudential Supervision

上海自贸试验区的金融改革为我国金融市场的发展带来了极大的机遇,但同时如何应对其可能产生的系统性风险,尽早确立并不断完善我国的金融宏观审慎监管架构,也是刻不容缓的重大课题。在既有监管架构的基础上,应进一步明确央行在宏观审慎监管制度中的地位,清晰界定其职责,同时要充分重视和微观审慎监管以及其他公共经济政策的协调。

It is well known that the Shanghai FTZ financial reform will bring great opportunities to China's financial market development.However,it should also be highlighted that it is an emergent and necessary task to set up and develop financial macro-prudential supervision system to assess,monitor and manage the potential systemic risk induced by the reform.It is important that the central bank's status at the macro-prudential supervision system should be clearly defined.So is coordination with microprudential supervision and other public economic policies.
