A Three Dimensional Analysis of How“Naked Entrepreneurs” Came into Being

在过去的几年里,中国本土财富精英的国籍成为坊间热门话题,在中国的富有阶层群体圈内,悄悄然兴起一股移民潮。这股移民潮不同于以往,这次移民潮的主体是受益于改革开放的企业家们,让人们吃惊的是,他们中大部分移民之后仍然选择在国内发展自身事业,人们称这类商人为"裸商"。"中国式裸商"从何而来这个问题引入深思,本文通过分配失衡、市场主体困境和权力腐败三个维度对裸商产生的原因和背景进行了深刻剖析,进而指出这种现象是中国"转型综合征"的表征之一,因此中国式裸商的产生更多的是中国国内体制的问题暴露,唯有改革现有体制才能为发展提供动力。

In the past few years,the nationality of Chinese local wealth elites has become a hot topic. Frankly speaking,in the wealthy elite circles,the tide of immigration is thriving and this tide of immigration is different in nature from other historical periods.The main body of this immigration consists of successful businesspeople or entrepreneurs who have tremendously benefited from Chinese reform and opening.People call them'naked entrepreneurs'.To people's surprise,the majority of them still stay in China continuing their business.This paper presents an analysis of this phenomenon from a three-dimensional perspective,namely,the economic,social,and political dimensions.This paper also points out that the phenomenon is also a representation of the Chinese transition syndrome and its root cause lies in current Chinese social structure.Nothing but structure reform can provide motive for future development.
