员工反生产行为研究述评

摘要 反生产行为是对员工在工作中故意危害组织或其利益相关合法者利益的所有消极行为的统称。它普遍存在于组织中,具有一定隐蔽性,而且形式多样。本文结合国内外大量文献,针对反生产行为的概念、结构维度与特征进行详细介绍,并提出目前研究中存在的问题及未来研究方向。 Counter-productive Work Behavior is a collective concept.It represents that employees in the workplace deliberately do harm to the legitimate interests of organizations or others.Counter-productive Work Behavior widely exists in organization,which has certain concealment,and a variety of forms.This paper, combined with a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,introduce the concept,structure and features of Counter-productive Work Behavior,and put forward the current problems and future studying direction.
