摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,控制pH值,使钛酸四丁酯(TBT)分解,将分解产物TiO2一步负载到碳酸根型镁铝铁层状双氢氧化物(LDH)表面.改变原料TBT与LDH的质量比,制备成不同负载量的TiO2/LDH复合物.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对不同质量比的TiO2/LDH进行表征,并对该复合催化剂的光催化性能进行了研究.结果表明,该复合催化剂具有较好的抗紫外线能力,负载0.5%TiO2的LDH比纯LDH具有更高光催化活性.
Tetrabutyl titanate(TBT)was decomposed at a certain pH by the sol-gel method,and the decomposition product TiO2 was loaded on the surface of the magnesium aluminium carbonate iron layered double hydroxides(LDH).The TiO2/LDH composites were prepared by changing the mass ratio of TBT to LDH.The composite powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis).The photocatalytic performance of the composite catalysts was investigated by the degradation of indigo carmine.The results showed that the TiO2/LDH composites had good anti-ultraviolet ability and the TiO2-0.5%/LDH composite demonstrated higher photocatalytic activity than the pure LDH.
