摘要
空气过滤技术的核心是过滤材料的进步与创新.以民用空调织造过滤材料、芳纶滤料和玻璃纤维作为研究对象,建立了空气过滤材料实验装置,对其空气过滤材料的性能进行研究.结果表明:芳纶滤料过滤性能最好,能够将空气中的粉尘浓度控制在28μg/m3以下;玻璃纤维与民用空调过滤材料粉尘浓度最高,分别为175,150μg/m3;但芳纶滤料压差阻力居中,最高达242Pa.
The core of air filtration technology development is progress and innovation of filtration material.The application of civil air condition filter materials,aramid fiber and glass fiber filter were chosen as research objects,air filter material testing apparatus was established to investigate the filtering performance.The results showed that filtration performance of aramid fiber filtering media was the best,which could control dust concentration under 28μg/m3.Glass fiber and civil air condition filter materials,the highest concentration was 175 and 150g/m3,respectively.But aramid fiber pressure resistance value was in the middle of the three,maximizing up to 242 Pa.
