摘要
产业结构调整与优化升级,是"十二五"期间国家经济发展的政策目标,利用区域资源禀赋促进医药经济转型和优化升级具有重要意义.基于医药产业结构现状、调整动因、区域资源禀赋和技术情况等方面的分析,对基于区域资源禀赋的医药经济发展进行实证分析.结果表明,多数省市医药经济发展与当地资源禀赋有一定相关性,进而提出医药产业结构调整和优化升级路径.
The restructuring,upgrading and optimizing of industrial structure,an important policy objective of the national economic development during the 12 th Five Year Plan,plays a significant role in promoting the upgrading and optimizing,and transition of pharmaceutical industry through regional resource endowment.Based on the analysis of the current industry status,adjustment motivation,regional resource endowment,and technical condition,an empirical study of pharmaceutical economic development was conducted.The results indicated that there was positive correlation between pharmaceutical economic development in most of the provinces and cities and regional resource endowment.The methods for the restructuring,upgrading and optimizing of pharmaceutical industry was put forward in the end.
