地方政府合作研究的特征述评与未来展望——基于CSSCI(2003-2017)文献计量分析

A Literature Review on Local Government Cooperation:Based on the Bibliometric Analysis from CSSCI

本文以CSSCI数据库收录的204篇期刊论文为样本数据,运用文献计量分析方法和社会网络分析软件,考察2003至2017年期间我国地方政府合作的研究进路。研究发现,该领域的研究发展态势良好,呈现研究结构区域化、研究视角本土化、研究层次较高等外部特点。社会网络分析软件进一步显示,该领域研究的理论深度和广度不断扩大,研究方法从单一向多学科方法综合运用,研究论证技术路线从静态的、单一学科研究向动态的、跨学科研究转换。国内地方政府合作研究亟须系统化、体系化,在内容上更加关注发展均衡性、危机合作治理等研究主题,在研究方法与理论指导上要注重国外理论与方法的中国适用性。

Based on the sample data of 204 periodical papers collected in CSSCI database,the paper attempts to study the local gov-ernment cooperation in China from 2003 to 2017 by using the method of bibliometric analysis and social network analysis software.It finds that the research in this field is characterized by regionalization of research structure,localization of visual angle and high level of research.Moreover the social network analysis software shows that the theoretical depth and field of the research in this field is continu-ously expanding,the research methods are applied synthetically from single to multi-disciplinary methods,and the technical route of re-search and demonstration is from single subject research to dynamic interdisciplinary study.In order to improve the systematization and systematization of local government cooperation in China,on the one hand,the future research should pay more attention to the develop-ment balance,crisis cooperation management and other topics.On the other hand,it is better to research on the Chinese applicability of foreign theories and methods with the direction of research methods and theories.
