工作场所空气中二苯胺检测方法的研究

The Study of Detection Method Diphenylamine in Air of Workplace

建立了FID-气相色谱法检测二苯胺的方法,采用Thermo毛细管柱TG-WAXMS分离,样品经乙醇洗脱直接上样分析。二苯胺得到了良好的分离,线性关系良好,平均回收率在97.3%。同时用NPD检测器对二苯胺分析,经比较两种方法的检出限无明显差别,均能满足职业卫生检测要求。

To established a FID-gas chromatography method of testing diphenylamine and separated by TGWAXMS Thermo capillary column.The sample eluted by ethanol then analysis directly.Diphenylamine separated sucessful,which has a good linear relationship and the average recovery rate at 97.3%.Analysis of diphenylamine with NPD detector at the same time.Proved has no obvious difference by compared with detection limit of the two methods.Both can satisfy the requirement of occupational health inspection.
