摘要
介绍了0.1%三十烷醇水剂的气相色谱分析方法,选用HP-5石英毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二癸酯为内标物,对样品中三十烷醇的质量分数进行测定。该方法的变异系数为0.23,回收率为98.2%~100.9%,线性相关系数R=0.9996。
This essay illustrates a gas chromatographic analysis method of Triacontanol liquid with 0.1%concentration.That is to make the determination for the mass fraction of Triacontanol in laboratory test samples by using HP-5fused-silica capillary column and flame ionization detector(FID)besides selecting Didecyl phthalate as an internal standard,which includes a coefficient of variation with 0.23,apercent recovery with 98.2%to 100.9% and a linear correlation coefficient with R=0.9996.
