攀钢煤气初冷器混合液喷洒工艺改进 被引量:1

摘要 针对攀钢煤气初冷器混合液喷洒工艺技术存在的问题,通过对初冷器上下段液喷洒工艺改造和初冷器下液装置改进,改善初冷器除萘效果,煤气冷却到26℃时初冷器阻力没见因萘冷凝有明显增加,初冷器清扫频次明显降低,冷凝液排出顺畅,减少煤气夹带及后部煤气管道堵塞,保证煤气稳定输送,可降低煤气放散频次,提高煤气及化产品收率。 Early in accordance the gas cooler mixture spraying technology problems,through to the fitting up and down in the early period of liquid spraying process at the beginning of reform and cooler under liquid equipment improvement,to improve the early tanks except naphthalene effect,when the gas is cooled to 26 ℃resistance of early tanks didn't see because there were notable increases from naphthalene condensation,cooler cleaning frequency is decreased obviously,at the beginning of condensate discharge smoothly,reduce the gas entrainment and the back of the gas pipeline jam,guarantee the stability of gas transportation,can reduce the gas radiation frequency,increase the efficiency of the gas and chemical products.
