摘要
对沉淀法饲料磷酸氢钙装置料浆脱硫和滤液脱硫工艺原理及优缺点进行分析,提出磷酸深度脱硫和无白肥工艺生产饲料磷酸氢钙的新方法。将深度脱硫、无白肥工艺和前两者对比得出结论:(1)深度脱硫工艺可进一步降低硫酸、石灰消耗,减少石膏排放,与前两者相比,氢钙成本分别节约69.3元/t和38.2元/t;(2)无白肥工艺可显著降低硫酸、石灰消耗,减少石膏排放。与前两者相比,氢钙成本分别节约303.5元/t和272.4元/t,经济环保效益明显。
Analysing the technical principle,advantages and disadvantages of sulfur-removing in slurry and filtrate of the feeding-level calcium hydro-phosphate apparatus,which processed by precipitation method.Developing new methods to produce the feeding-level calcium hydro-phosphate by deeply-sulfur-removing and non-white-fertilizer methods.Comparing the deeply-sulfur-removing and non-white-fertilizer methods with the previous two other methods can be concluded that 1st the deeply-sulfur-removing method can further decrease the consumption of sulfuric acid and calcium hydroxide and reduce the emission of gypsum.Comparing with the previous two methods,the cost of calcium hydro-phosphate can be saved by69.3RMB/T and 38.2RMB/T respectively.2nd is that the non-white-fertilizer method can also decrease the consumption of sulfuric acid and calcium hydroxide and reduce the emission of gypsum.Comparing with the previous two methods,the cost of calcium hydro-phosphate can be saved by 303.5RMB/T and272.4RMB/T respectively.Therefore,these two new methods are very economical and eco-friendly.
