超声血流流速描记器的临床应用 Ⅲ.血管疾病中流速描记的初步报告

摘要 在动物实验中,定向式多普勒流速描记器已可对外径0.7~1毫米大白鼠颈动脉及外径0.33毫米股动脉描下流速曲线。但此为手术时探头直接接触在动脉管壁外的实验室测量条件。探测人体时,血管处在一定的深度,并为皮肤、脂肪等软组织所覆盖。为此,先进行了正常人的四肢动脉内流速描记测定。 The values of blood velocity of normal subjects in the brachial, radial, femoral and posterial tibial arteries were measured to obtain their normal variable ranges.The velocity values of various kinds of angiopathies such as thromboangitis obliterans, Raynaud's disease, arterio-venous fistula, post renal transplantation, "saphenous venus-carotid artery" inplacement, thoracic outlet compression syndrome and thrombophlebitis were measured with their curves classified. This device can detect either the blood velocity or the flow direction and can be used as a new tool to help the clinical diagnosis of vascular diseases.
