雷替曲塞对直肠癌患者血清IGF-Ⅱ和TGF-α水平变化的影响研究

Effect of raltitrexed on change of serum IGF-II and TGF-α level of patients with rectal cancer

目的研究雷替曲塞对直肠癌患者血清胰岛素生长因子Ⅱ(lnsulin like growth factor II,IGF-Ⅱ)和转化生长因子α(transforming growth factorα,TGF-α)水平的影响。方法选取山东省淄博矿业集团有限责任公司中心医院收治的直肠癌患者80例,随机分为2组,其中对照组40例,予380 mg/m25-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)静脉滴注,实验组40例,予3 mg/m2雷替曲塞静脉滴注,2组患者每3周重复给药一次,每次属于1个治疗周期,共治疗3个周期;2组患者均进行常规预防呕吐、抗感染、提高免疫力对症处理。治疗前后分别观察2组患者血清IGF-Ⅱ水平、TGF-α水平以及临床疗效,并进行比较。结果治疗后2组患者病情均有所改善,实验组有效率(90%)较对照组(67.5%)显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月时,2组患者血清中IGF-Ⅱ水平均有所改善,实验组与对照组比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月时,2组患者血清中IGF-Ⅱ水平较治疗后1个月均有所升高,实验组与对照组比较升高的程度小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月时,2组患者血清中TGF-α水平均有所改善,实验组与对照组比较水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月时,2组患者血清中TGF-α水平较治疗后1个月均有所升高,实验组与对照组比较升高程度小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷替曲塞能够有效降低直肠癌患者血清中IGF-Ⅱ和TGF-α水平,抑制肿瘤生长、浸润、转移,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To study the effects of raltitrexed on change of serum IGF-II and TGF-α level of patients with rectal cancer. Methods 80 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in control group,treated with 380 mg / m25-fluorouracil(5-FU) intravenous infusion,40 cases in experimental group,treated with 3 mg / m2 raltitrexed intravenous drip,they were administered once every 3 weeks,each time was a course of treatment,they were received 3 courses of treatment; two groups of patients were given routine prevention of vomiting,anti infection,improvement of immunity treatment. Serum IGF-c levels,TGF-levels and clinical effect were observed before and after the treatment,and compared. Results After treatment,two groups of patients were improved,the experimental group was significantly higher(90%) than the control group(67. 5%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05); 1 months after the treatment,the levels of IGF-II were improved,experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05); 6 months after treatment,serum IGF-Ⅱ levels in two groups of patients were higher than 1 months,experimental group increased less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05); 1 months after treatment,the level of TGF-α in the serum of two groups of patients were improved,experimental group decreased significantly compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05); 6 month after treatment,TGF-α level in two groups of patients increased compared with 1 months,experimental group increased less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Raltitrexed could effectively reduce the serum IGF-II and TGF-α levels of patients with rectal cancer,inhibit tumor growth,invasion,metastasis,has good curative effect.
