五味子保肝活性成分包合物的制备及其肝靶向性研究

Preparation and liver-targeting of Schisandra chinensis β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of liver-protecting active ingredients

目的制备五味子保肝活性成分β-环糊精包合物(SCD),对包合物结构进行鉴定,研究包合物在体内的肝靶向性。方法饱和水溶液法制备五味子保肝活性成分(五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子乙素)包合物,傅里叶红外光谱鉴定包合物的形成,小鼠灌胃给药,HPLC同时测定包合物在小鼠体内不同组织中的药物浓度,考察其在体内的肝靶向性。结果五味子保肝活性成分在小鼠体内各组织中的浓度分布特征显示,包合物具有明显的体内肝靶向性。结论五味子保肝活性成分包合物是一种具有很好应用前景的保肝药物新剂型。

Objective To prepare a β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Schisandra chinensis and identify the inclusion complexes structure,and research liver target in animals body. Methods Saturated water solution method was used to prepare Schisandra hepatoprotective activity components( schisandrin,schisantherin a,schisandrin B) inclusion complexes,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to identify the formation of inclusion complexes,the mice were intragastric administration,simultaneous determination of drug concentration of inclusion complexes in different tissues of mice by HPLC. Results The concentration distribution characteristics of Schisandra hepatoprotective activity components in different tissues of mice showed that SCD has obvious liver targeting property. Conclusion SCD is a new dosage form of hepatoprotective drug with good application prospect.
