甲壳低聚糖对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病小鼠血糖与肠道菌群的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究甲壳低聚糖对链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)糖尿病小鼠血糖和肠道菌群的影响。方法选取昆明种雄性小鼠45只,随机分为2组,其中正常对照组为14只,糖尿病模型组为31只,模型组小鼠用STZ诱导使其成为糖尿病,将造模成功的小鼠按照血糖相近的2只分别分在观察组与模型对照组中。观察组小鼠用600 mg/(kg·d)的甲壳低聚糖灌胃,模型对照组小鼠用等体积蒸馏水灌胃,连续灌胃21 d后分别检测2组糖尿病小鼠的血糖以及肠道菌群的差别。结果观察组糖尿病小鼠的血糖与模型对照组相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组糖尿病小鼠的肠道菌群与模型对照组相比双歧杆菌的数量显著增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论甲壳低聚糖可以有效降低链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病小鼠的血糖以及改变小鼠肠道菌群的数量。 Objective To study the effect of chitooligosaccharides on blood glucose and intestinal flora in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin( STZ). Methods 45 Kunming strain male mice were selected,and randomly divided into normal control group( n = 14) and model group( n = 31).Diabetic mice successfully induced by STZ in model mice were divided into experimental group and model control group( two mice with similar blood glucose levels were divided into two groups respectively). The mice in experimental group were treated with 600 mg /( kg·d) of chitooligosaccharides,gavage,while the mice in control group with an equal volume of distilled water. Blood glucose and intestinal flora were detected and compared after continuous gavaging for 21 days. Results Blood glucose in experimental group significantly reduced compared with the model control group,and there was a significant difference( P < 0. 001). Intestinal flora( the number of bifidobacteria) in experimental group increased significantly compared with control model group,and there was a significant difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Chitooligosaccharides could effectively reduce blood sugar for STZinduced diabetic mice,and change the number of intestinal flora.
