小檗碱对患者肾动脉粥样硬化的干预作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨小檗碱对肾动脉粥样硬化的干预作用。方法将2009年7月~2014年5月在武警宁夏总队医院收治的肾动脉粥样硬化86例患者随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=46)。对照组患者给予常规降压护肾治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用小檗碱,治疗结束后采集2组患者静脉血测定尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCR)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)等生化指标,观察并比较2组患者肾功能及血脂的变化。采用多普勒超声检查患者治疗前后的肾动脉血流阻力指数(resistance index,RI),肾动脉收缩期峰值速度(peak systolic velocity,PSV)及其于主动脉PSV的比值。结果治疗后,治疗组SCR水平较治疗前减少38%,表明患者的肾功能均有所好转;治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C分别下降23.2%,28.9%,8.22%,达到正常标准值。治疗组RI、肾动脉PSV、肾动脉PSV与中动脉PSV比值均有所降低,而对照组上述指标变化均不明显,治疗后2组各指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小檗碱可通过调节患者血脂水平,改善肾功能来缓解肾动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。 Objective To observe the effect of berberine on renal atherosclerosis. Methods 86 cases with renal artery atherosclerosis treated in our hospital from July 2009 to May 2014 were divided into treatment group( n = 40) and control group( n = 46). Patients in control group were treated with conventional depressurization and kidney protection treatment,and patients in treatment group were added berberine on the basis of control group.Blood biochemical parameters such as BUN,SCR,TG were checked. Changes of renal function and blood lipid in two groups wered observe and compared. RI、PSV and ratio were checked by ultrasound. Results SCR After treatment,the Level of SCR is 38% lower than before treatment,which showed that the kidney function was improved. At the same time,TC,TG and LDL-C also decreased 23. 2%,28. 9%,8. 22%,respectively showing that berberine had the function of reducing blood lipid. RI,PSV and the ratio decreased in treatment group. But the same parameters were not significant statistically before and after treatment in control group. The differences of thoses indexes between groups after treatment were all significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Berberine can regulate the blood lipid and alleviate the progress of renal artery atherosclerosis through improving kidney function.
