摘要
透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)具有良好的黏弹性和生物相容性,是优良的药物载体,主要用于关节疾病、眼科手术,预防术后粘连,药物传递系统、医疗器械等。由于HA在人体内的吸收和代谢较快,为延长其在体内作用时间,研究人员利用HA分子中多个可修饰位点对其改性,提高其体内稳定性,并进一步引进新的生物活性,得到更广泛用途。目前主要改性方式有交联、酯化、接枝、分子修饰等。本文根据HA酯化产物的用途分类,综述了HA酯化性能改进及应用等方面的研究进展,并展望了其在医药领域的应用前景。
Hyaluronic acid( HA) is a very good drug carrier,which applies in the treatment of arthritis diseases,ophthalmic surgery,prevention of postoperative tissue adhesion,drug delivery system,etc. due to its favourable viscoelasticity and biocompatibility. As HA degraded fast in human body,researchers took use of several active sites in its structure for chemical modifications including crosslinking,esterification,graft and molecular modification,to improve its stability and introduce new bioactivities with more extensive applications. This review describes the development in performance improvement and applications about HA esterification derivatives according to the classification of different use,and prospect its application in the field of medicine.
