灯盏花素对急性缺血性脑血管病患者血清copeptin、NT-proBNP、HIF-1α及IMA影响研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨灯盏花素对急性缺血性脑血管病患者血清和肽素(copeptin)、N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)及缺血修饰性白蛋白(IMA)的影响。方法选取已确诊为急性缺血性脑血管病的患者42例,随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,所有患者给予西药常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予长春西汀注射液20 mg静滴,1次/天;实验组给予灯盏花素汀注射液20 mg静滴,1次/天;连续治疗2周。治疗前后检测2组患者血清copeptin、NT-proBNP、HIF-1α及IMA含量。结果与对照组相比较,实验组患者的治疗效果更好,表现为:血清copeptin含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清NT-proBNP含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清HIF-1α含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清ACB值明显升高(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素能够使急性缺血性脑血管病患者血清copeptin、NT-proBNP、HIF-1α以及IMA含量降低,对急性缺血性脑血管病患者具有良好治疗效果。 Objective To analysis effect of breviscapine on serum and copeptin, NT-proBNP, HIF-1αand IMA in patients with acute ischemic brain vascular disease.Methods 42 patients who were diagnosed with acute ischemic brain vascular disease were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 21 cases.All patients were given conventional treatment of Western medicine, on this basis, control group was given vinpocetine injection 20 mg, once daily intravenous drip;experimental group given Dengzhan flower Suting injection 20 mg, once daily intravenous drip; continuous treatment for 2 weeks.Before and after the treatment, the serum levels of copeptin, HIF-1α, NT-proBNP and IMA were detected in two groups.ResuIts Compared with control group, patients in experimental group treatment effect was better, as follows: serum copeptin content decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ) .Serum NT-proBNP levels decreased significantly ( P<0.05 ) .Serum levels of HIF-1αcontent decreased significantly (P<0.05).Serum ACB value increased significantly (P<0.05).ConcIusion Breviscapine can reduce the acute ischemic brain vascular disease patients serum copeptin, NT-proBNP, HIF-1αand IMA content, and has good therapeutic effect in patients with acute ischemic cerebral vascular disease.
