褥疮冰蜜湿敷剂中组方药的抗菌实验研究

摘要 目的探讨褥疮冰蜜湿敷剂中冰片、蜂蜜、庆大霉素注射液不同组方的抗菌效果。方法用金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)、大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,P.aeruginosa)分别制作兔三期感染褥疮模型,以凡士林为对照组,分别用蜂蜜+冰片、蜂蜜+庆大霉素,冰片+庆大霉素,冰片+庆大霉素+蜂蜜制成换药纱布治疗褥疮,取治疗前后组织做菌种鉴定及菌落计数观察。结果治疗后蜂蜜+冰片、蜂蜜+庆大霉素、冰片+庆大霉素与冰片+庆大霉素+蜂蜜组S.aureus、E.coli、P.aeruginosa菌落计数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后4个组方组S.aureus、E.coli、P.aeruginosa菌落计数均显著低于凡士林组(P<0.05)。治疗后,冰片+庆大霉素+蜂蜜(原方)组S.aureus、E.coli、P.aeruginosa菌落计数显著低于蜂蜜+冰片、蜂蜜+庆大霉素、冰片+庆大霉素组(P<0.05)。结论湿敷剂中冰片+庆大霉素+蜂蜜(原方)抗菌作用最优。 Objective To study antibacterial effect of formulas, borneol, honey, gentamicin in wet honey ice bedsores.Methods The third-stage infective bedsore model in rabbit were estabished with Staphylococcus aureus ( S.aureus) , Escherichia coli ( E.coli) , and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( P. aeruginosa).The rabbits with bedsore were respectively compressed with gauze of honey+borneol, honey+gentamicin,borneol+gentamicin,borneol+gentamicin+honey, vaseline as control group.The strain identification and colony counts were observed before and after treatment.ResuIts The colony count of S.aureus, E.coli and P.aeruginosa in honey+borneol, honey+gentamicin, borneol+gentamicin, borneol+gentamicin+honey post-treatment was significantly higher than that of pre-treatment, respectively (P<0.05).The colony count of three strains in above four formulas post-treatment was significantly lower than that in vaseline group, respectively (P <0.05).The colony count of three strains in borneol +gentamicin +honey (original formula) post-treatment was significantly lower than that in the other formulas, respectively (P<0.05).ConcIusion The antibacterial effect of borneol+gentamicin+honey (original formula) is the best.
