摘要
目的探讨瘦素对帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)患者神经功能的影响及临床意义。方法选取2013年10月~2014年12月于河北大学附属医院神经内科已确诊为帕金森病的患者68例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组(n=34)行常规治疗,实验组(n=34)在常规治疗的基础上联合应用瘦素,连续治疗12周。治疗前后对2组患者分别进行日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)及简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分,并分析其临床意义。结果治疗后实验组的ADL评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),MMSE评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者发生的不良反应均较轻微。结论瘦素治疗帕金森病具有较好的疗效,能够明显改善帕金森病患者的神经功能,不良反应轻微。
Objective To investigate effect of leptin on nerve function in patient with Parkinson disease. Methods 68 cases patients with PD were selected and randomly divided into two groups,according to random number table,from October 2013 to December 2014 in the hospital. 34 cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy,and 34 cases in experimental group were treated with leptin,with a consecutive treatment of twelve weeks. The score of activity of daily living scale( ADL) and mini-mental state examination( MMSE) were analyzed pre and post-treatment.Results After treatment,the ADL score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05),MMSE score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The adverse reactions in both groups were minor. Conclusion Leptin has good curative effect in treatment of Parkinson disease,and could significantly improve the neurological function of patients,with mild adverse reactions.
