摘要
本文报道应用带血管游离髂骨移植方法,治疗骨囊肿、骨纤维结构不良、骨缺损、脊髓灰质炎后遗症或脑瘫等8例患者.文中介绍了以股外侧皮神经为标志,解剖旋髂深动静咏切取带血管髂骨植骨块的方法和体会,讨论了手术的适应证。这种方法可应用于大小、形状不等的植骨,而对需要松质骨为主的骨移植尤为适用.
Vascularized free iliac bone graft operations were performed in 8 cases of bonecyst,fibrous dysplasia and hand reconstruction with success.Unlike rib or fibula,ilium consists mainly of cancellous bone and can be tailored as required freely,thesmallest free revascularized iliac bone used in this series was 2.5×1cm.The surgicalprocedures were described in detail.
