摘要
作者对10例全子宫截除标本的内膜作扫描电镜观察,见子宫内膜主要由分泌细胞和纤维细胞组成.在增生期和分泌期的形态不同.其中2例宫腔内有节育器及1例内膜腺癌。
The endometria of 10 specimens of uterus after hysterectomy were studied underscanning electron microscope.The indications for operation were myoma or prolapseof uterus,teratoma of ovary and endometrial cyst of ovary.Two patients were intra-uterine device(IUD)users and one of them was found to have endometrial carcinoma.The pictures of surface epithelium in proliferating phase,secretory phase,atrophy,with IUD or with adenocarcinoma were presented and interpreted.
