LUXATION OF FIBULAR MUSCLE TENDONS

本文介绍应用带蒂骨瓣翻转术治疗3例腓骨肌腱滑脱症,获得良好效果。文中对踝沟的解剖、发病机理和手术选择作了讨论。

Through cadaver dissections and histological sections the authors found that thesulcus malleolaris is a flat or shallow groove at the lower end of fibula,and it is deep-ened on its lateral side by a crista of collagenous fibers.The supporting girdle overthe fibular muscle is merely a thickened part of the fasciae of leg.As the attachmentof the girdle to the lateral crista of sulcus malleolaris is not strong,it is vulnerableto rupture,resulting in luxation of the fibular muscles.With the knowledge of theanatomy of sulcus malleolaris,we prefer the bone flap rotational procedure.The oper-ation was performed in 3 cases.There was no recurrence within at least 15 months.
