狼疮带试验及其对系统性红斑狼疮诊断价值的探讨

LUPUS BAND TEST AND DIAGNOSIS OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

本文应用免疫荧光抗IgG抗体法对131例患者前臂伸面腕部正常皮肤部位作LBT,结果SLE组的LBT阳性率为54％,而对照组仅2.46％。SLE组占本文LBT总阳性率的93.1％,说明LBT对SLE的诊断和鉴别诊断有很重要的参考价值,而且与疾病的活动密切相关。

Lupus band test (LBT) was performed in 50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and in 81 patients with diseases other than SLE as control. The skin biopsies were taken from extensor surface of forearm near the wrist and stained with fluorescein labelled mono-valent anti-IgG antiserum. The results revealed 27 (54％) of the 50 SLE cases were positive, while only 2 (2.4％) of the 81 control cases were positive. The total positive rate of LBT in the SLE group accounted for 93.1％, indicating LBT is of high value in the differential diagnosis of SLE. In addition, LBT was found to be closely related with the activity of the disease.
