角膜切痕术治疗近视性屈光参差效果观察

TREATMENT OF MYOPIC ANISOMETROPIA BY RADIAL KERATOTOMY

采用放射状角膜切痕术治疗近视性屈光参差共22例(手术近视度数较高的一眼)。在角膜中心光学区外作8或16条放射状切口,深0.5或0.6mm。手术可降低屈光度平均为2.44D,视力明显改善。未见明显副作用及并发症。12例随访6～12个月仍见有明显效果,但有不同程度的屈光增加。初步结果表明,手术能明显降低近视屈光度,可用来治疗近视性届光参差患者。但其远期作用需进一步观察研究。

Radial keratotomy was performed in 22 cases with myopic anisometropia (on the side with higher degree of myopia). Eight or 16 radial incisions from central optic zone with depth of 0.5—0.6 mm were made on the cornea. This resulted in mean impovement of 2.44D and in obvious improvement of visual acuity. No significant side effects and complications were noted. Twelve cases showed persistent effectiveness, with some improvement in the degree of myopia during the follow-up period of 6—12 mo. Long term effect of the operation needs further study.A simple surgical knife with a safety device is described.
