摘要 应用肺部解剖知识,于连续肺CT图象的每个层面上,全面地辨认肺门和肺内支气管、肺动脉、肺静脉三套管道,且绘出图象简图,进行图形重塑,籍以在三个维度上观察三套管道的分布情况。可用于校对图象中所观察到结构的正确性,同时为进一步CT图象上分叶分段和肿瘤定位的研究提供基础。 Using the knowledge of anatomy of lung, the whole courses of bronchi, pulmonary arteries and veins and hilar anatomy in serial CT images were recognized. We depicted the schematic diagram from each CT image and remoulded a three-dimensional distributions of the three tubular structures. This will improve the accuracy of recognition of these three tubular structures observed on CT images. Also, this will help diagnostic localization of pulmonary tumor and the division among lobes and segments on CT images.
